If you have any difficulties paying via our payment processors, please do not re-enter
the booking, this will set up an additional booking.
You can retry
payment via the website by Signing in. On the right panel you will see Account Details, click
through and you will see a list of your orders with status - this will
show pending if payment has not been made.
Click on the order number to
view it, scroll to the foot of the order, and there will be link(s) to
pay via the payment processors.
Please note that if you are attempting to pay with Amex there is often an automatic security payment block in place for Paypal payments. You will have to call Amex to authorise payments via Paypal and then retry the payment.
