Benefits of a Global PA Network

The Global PA Network is a company and a network that will give leadership, training and motivation to Managers, Office Professionals, Executive Assistants, Personal Assistants and Secretaries around the world. The network will act as a support structure for you and we aim to be approachable, lively, modern and fun. We will work proactively with public and private sector organisations globally to influence positive change in the workplace and recognition for the complexities of your roles.

The office of the 21st century has changed dramatically as a place to work with the transformation in working practices that technology has brought about. Through our links with major global organisations we will offer training and development, increase motivation and offer career events, products and services which will be of benefit to you.

The Founder is Rosemary Parr [formerly Paur], who previously worked for the Chairman of BT British Telecom (Sir Christopher Bland), where she created an internal network for Executive PAs and Administrative Assistants. She believes passionately in the benefits of networking to inspire and advance careers combined with learning and personal development to increase productivity within the workplace.

Rosemary now travels the world spreading her global message through her Masterclass Series of workshops and has brought people together in the UK, Ireland, Spain, Australia, Mauritius, Indonesia, Thailand and the Philippines. She was recently interviewed by BBC Southern Counties Radio promoting her message on upskilling of the Office Professional workforce. In May 2009 Rosemary has been invited to be a Judge on the prestigious Times Creme/Hays Secretarial PA of the Year Award panel.

In conjunction with Kingston University Business School, Centre for Research into Employment, Skills & Society the Global PA Network is conducting Primary Research into 'Secretarial Skills and Careers in the UK'.  This research will be published at the end of August 2009.  Please register on the website and we will send you an invitation to fill out the Research Questionnaire. We welcome all our global colleagues to participate in this Research.

Please take a look at our website and we look forward to welcoming you to our Global PA Network.
